Implementing a Shipping Validation Strategy for Virtual Pharmaceutical Company

The task at hand was to construct a shipping validation strategy for the company as a whole. This resulted in the development of a Validation Master Plan, associated SOPs, compilation of qualification protocol and report templates, risk assessments, qualification of active and passive shippers, auditing the 3PL partner and execution of Process Validation runs for a suite of their products.
